Wildlife Club set the Bushnell trail cam up in the Wild Learning Area this week to see if we could capture the creature that was making tracks across the grass and coming under the fence. The Bushnell trail camera is a remote camera. It has a passive infra-red sensor and this detects movement and body heat. When it detects that, it tells the camera to take stills or a video. We told the camera to take a 20 second video every time it triggered. It has infra-red LEDs too, which means it can film in complete darkness!
