Wildlife Club were keen to see what was visiting our Wild Learning Area, especially as we can see some clear tracks across the area and they then go out under the fence and across our field. We decided to use our log pile as a feeding station and we put lots of peanuts, some dried fruit and seed on there and crammed some down in the cracks in the wood.
We mounted the Bushnell on a post facing the feeding platform and hoped it would capture any animals that came to visit and eat here. It is always exciting setting up this remote camera as it will watch the area while we are not there and do a 30 second video when it detects any movement!
We will leave it a few nights, then collect the SD card and see who has been!
