You will have seen our blog post all about our lovely ‘up-cycled’ pallet Christmas trees and we did not stop there. With lots of cones in school, pupils from all the year groups, as well as eco-crew, turned these into pretty Christmas decorations to sell at our Christmas fair, along with the green tomato chintz that we made a few months ago from the glut of tomatoes we had in our Grow Zone!

The pupils worked really hard (and spread glitter everywhere!) but we had a set of decorations that looked amazing!IMG_5095

WildlifeKate brought in some branches and created some signs and we hung our decorations all over them… they looked beautiful!

We also arrange all of our chutney nicely, ready to sell….

The Christmas Fayre went really well and our products sold brilliantly! We were very proud of what we had created and like to think that people would be using our lovely decorations on their trees over Christmas and eating our chutney with their cheese and turkey, perhaps on Boxing Day!
